The Leonida Keys are an easygoing tropical archipelago on the doorstep of some of the most beautiful and dangerous waters in America. Connected to the Vice City area by the Keys Causeway, the Keys are home turf for Jason Duval — Key Lento is his home — and a base for veteran smuggler Brian Heder.
